  2. I honestly wish I also had a chance to read the full study. I am an amateur female bodybuilder, but I haven’t competed as of yet. I imagine, I will be very strained and desperate, to be a certain body fat percentage, when I am reaching the point of being ‘stage ready’. Although, I plan to just do it for fun and exposure and not for the long term IFBB purposes of any type or sort. I will see if I can get access to it through my University. It sure to be a good read. 🙂
