An invitation to serve

Over the past eighteen months I’ve lived the life I’ve always dreamed of. I’ve been at home, blogging, reading, studying, writing and connecting with people all over the world on Facebook and Twitter. This Saturday I’m going to my first bloggers’ conference [come and say ‘hi’] in Sydney. I now have a Masters in Non-Fiction Writing and my memoir is one-third of the way done. I’ve just got started.

I don’t want to end this life now and go back to a ‘normal’ job. I’m loving it too much. I want to be creative, inspired and challenged for a while longer (perhaps for the rest of my life … ah … bliss).

This morning I enrolled in another Masters degree — this time in creative writing. My memoir (which sits at the intersection between non-fiction and creative writing) will be completed as my major project and I’ll be kept on track with deadlines, support and feedback. I’m very excited.

But I have a problem — I’ve failed in my attempt to build a business out of my blog. I have sixteen beloved Love Ninjas in the Love Matrix Project and I’ve sold a handful of e-books. Sadly, this won’t pay the rent.

So please tell me if there is anything I can write or create for you that you might pay for. It could be an e-course, an e-book, a private forum, blog design, photography, social media presence, virtual assistance, guest articles or feature stories. I’m open to anything. Whatever would make a difference in your life, I’m more than happy to do.

I’m opening up the door and inviting the Universe to create an opportunity to serve.

Please leave a comment below with your ideas. What can I create that will bring you value?

  1. I have an idea for you, but I’ll email you privately after I eat dinner. Also? We just talked last night about you thinking about enrolling, yes? This is so awesome! I’m so proud of you for following your heart and passion!

  2. Not for me cause I already have it 🙂 but how about a guide for mindblowing, multiple orgasmic sex? A guide for both men and women – what to do, what not to do, explicit even perhaps? I dunno, just throwing it out there.

  3. A book on living with Depression. Most of my friends and family do not realize that this is a daily struggle. That you have easy days and hard days, but it is a constant thing. I have finally accepted my weight and body type and am enjoying being who I am (Your posts have assisted with this, thank you) but there are still doubts and the inner mental punishments for things that I have no control over.

    1. Hi Amelia, I’m no expert on depression as I’m one of the blessed few who have never suffered from it. I like your idea though, of writing about ways to live with that critical voice in your head. Thank you for leaving a comment (and I’m so glad my posts have given you some help). x
