Metaphysical thought theorizes that holding an intention (thinking about a specific desire) will result in the manifestation (physical proof) of that intention into your life.
I must admit that I am tempted to believe, but not entirely convinced so I thought I would set up an experiment to explore if the intention-manifestation model really works.
Why Do I Need You?
I decided to ask you to join me in this experiment because
- I might be doing something wrong because I’m a novice
- I seem to be able to help others attract their desires easier than I can achieve my own
- If it works for just one person, imagine how inspirational it would be to know a real live “Roger”
- It will keep me accountable ~ I am committing to do this publically so I keep my promise
- There is greater power in group intent
- It will be F~U~N
What Do You Need to Do?
The minimum level of participation is to think about the intention for just 60 seconds every day. At some point during the day (it will help if you set a specific time with some kind of reminder) breathe deeply, mindfully read or speak the intention, notice how you feel as you imagine it coming true, give thanks to your higher power/god/source/universe/Gandalf/cat, breathe and release.
Think of Breathe In Feelings, Thank Roger ~ breath, intention, feel, thanks, release.
Join Privately or Publically
If you wish to keep this private then all you need to do is hold the intention as described for 60 seconds a day. You will be a full participant and receive the support of the group intent without needing to do anything else.

Easy Ways to Remember
You can use a reminder program like Task.fm to send daily emails to remind you to do your practice. You could also create a daily appointment in your calendar as well. You could save the intention as your screen saver at home or at work. Here it is as plain text so you can copy and paste it.
In an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way, in its own perfect time, for the highest good of all, I intend for a lean, strong, healthy body that I adore to be my natural state and the natural state of everyone who holds this intention.
