That voice in my head never goes away. It taunts me and torments me. Sometimes I wonder if I’m crazy … Surely all the work I’ve done on myself should at least quieten that voice? It hasn’t made any difference.

Life doesn't turn out the way it's meant to. I believed that if I was a good girl and followed the rules then I would live the life of my dreams. Instead, I ended up with an eating disorder and having to cope with my husband's decision to kill himself.
