Yep, I’ve tried all of the above and guess what? To no success. I read, and listened to all those so called experts and gurus and come up confused, frustrated and lost. But I’ve just realised I forgot to listen to the one person who knows me best, I have not bothered to consult her or think her advice might be worthy. You see I left me out of the discussion. Its time to listen to ME because I’m the only one who knows how my body works and reacts. Oh I’ve been so stupid. I will not let the gurus cloud my judgement any more.
