tired legs

Monday = Upper body workout + 20 min cardio
Tuesday = Lower body workout + yoga class

Monday + Tuesday = I can’t fucking move without screaming !!

But it feels so good to have my mojo back at last :D

The weekend it was my glutes, quads, lower, middle and upper back. Today it’s my pecs, front delts and lats – ouchy mumma! The joy of lifting heavy shit.
