Hi Katie,
I don’t see an image under your post “SHE IS YOU”; and try as I might nothing comes up. When I read Astri’d comment she is referencing a book; is the title “SHE IS YOU?”
Also, congrats on quitting smoking; that is WONDERFUL! I quite about 10 years ago and never went back; best investment in my future. You are going to feel amazing very soon, if you don’t already.
